The small print:
  • Scholarship winner refers to the camper and the camper family
  • The value of the scholarship will be $160.
  • Scholarships cannot be used on existing registrations. The registration system doesn't allow us to refund pre-payments. So apply before registering. Call us if you have questions.
  • We reserve the right to stop the application process if the number of applications is overwhelming to our review committee.  Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis for those which meet the Scholarship rules.
  • All applicant families must be from the State of Maine.
  • All applicant campers must attend school in the State of Maine, or be homeschooled in the State of Maine
  • All applicant campers must be between the ages of 12 and 16 (at the time of camp this summer)
  • All Scholarship winners will be given a code that will allow them to register with the amount of the scholarship covered.
  • No cash award is made to the Scholarship winner
  • Scholarship winner is responsible for completion of the registration process, including all release forms; medical information; and any additional payments that may be required.
  • Registration is still contingent on space in the desired programs. If the camp desired is full, contact Maine Robotics to discuss options.
  • Individual campers may only be awarded this scholarship once, but you may apply again in subsequent years if you are not awarded. For such subsequent applications you are still required to complete the entire process for that year.
  • “No Award Receipt” acknowledgement will be provided after all awards have been used.  Should an applicant winner not accept the scholarship a runner up will be selected.
  • Scholarship winners will be contacted by phone and email.
